The new regulation from the Ministry of the Interior, Royal Decree 933/2021, requires that guest information be submitted within 24 hours of their check-in date.
Therefore, if guests have completed their registration through the online check-in link or the QR code of your property days before arrival, the information will remain pending and will be automatically submitted on the day of arrival after 11:00 PM, provided you have automatic submission to the authorities enabled.
For in-person check-ins, only “today” or “yesterday” can be selected as the check-in date.
