Make a face to face check-in

First, you’ll need to log in to the Check-in Scan app using your username and password. Once logged in, click the “Start Check-in” button to begin the process.

Click on the Check-in button to "Start a Check-in".

On the next screen, you’ll need to select the city, property, check-in date, and check-out date for the reservation you want to register. Then click the blue Next – Scan Documents button to proceed.

Next, you’ll enter the reservation details:

  • Contract reference: You can enter the booking reference, the ID number of the main guest, or any other unique identifier for the reservation.

  • Contract date: The date the reservation or contract was confirmed.

  • Payment method: Select from the dropdown list: cash, credit card, payment platform, bank transfer, or other.

You’ll then have the option to either scan the guest’s ID document or manually enter their details.

If you select the scan option, use your mobile device or tablet camera to capture the MRZ code (a set of alphanumeric digits usually found on the back of an ID or at the bottom of a passport).
Position the document within the on-screen frame — when the app reads the data, it will automatically move to the next step.

Our app will automatically extract as much information as possible from the scanned document and pre-fill the form. However, the new Spanish Royal Decree requires some fields that do not appear on ID documents, so any missing information will need to be entered manually.
After the guest signs, click Next.

On the next screen, you’ll see a summary of the guests being registered for that property and those dates.

You can either add more guests or complete the check-in.
