Access your Check In Scan account, in your web control panel through this link https://app.checkinscan.com/client/login.

To send the instructions to your guests along with the link to register you will need to go to the "Reservations" section, choose the specific reservation and click on the "Details" button, as shown in the image.

A pop-up window will appear where you will have two options for sending the instructions.

If you have the guest's email address, press the "Send Instructions" button. A pop-up window will appear where you have to add the guest's email address.

If you prefer to send the instructions by other means, select "Copy Instructions". Press the "Copy to clipboard" button to send the instructions in messaging systems such as WhatsApp, AirBnB, Booking, etc...
