In Spain, Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, which establishes the documentary registration and information obligations for individuals or legal entities engaged in accommodation and motor vehicle rental activities, requires you to comply with the following mandatory requirements:
Collect and submit guest data to the corresponding platform within the established timeframe (within the first 24 hours after arrival at the accommodation).
Entry forms must be signed by each guest over 14 years of age who is staying at the accommodation.
