When you added your property to your Web Control Panel, you may have noticed that we asked you for a username and password for the police. Both credentials are required in order to send your guests’ information to them, always encrypted and through a secure system.
If your property is located in the Basque Country and you do not yet have the username and password to submit this information, please note that it is a legal obligation for the property owner to obtain them.
To do so, click on the following link to access the registration form.
Likewise, we are providing here the link to their website. However, you may also contact the nearest police station for further information.
Once you have your credentials, remember to access our web control panel to enter them. To do so:
In the control bar of your panel, select Properties and click Edit.
Within the Police section, select the Ertzaintza RD 933/2021 option from the dropdown menu.
Enter your property’s credentials in the corresponding fields.
Finally, click the green “Save” button.
You will then see the following screen showing that your property has been successfully connected to the Ertzaintza.
