When you added your property to your Web Control Panel, you will have seen that we requested a username and password for the police. Both pieces of information are required in order to send them your guests’ details, always encrypted and through a secure system.
If your property is located in Catalonia and you do not yet have the username and password to submit this data, please note that it is the legal responsibility of the property owner to obtain them.
To do so, click on the following link to access the establishment registration form (PI-15).
Here is also the link to the Frequently Asked Questions section on the Mossos d'Esquadra website. Nevertheless, you can always check with the nearest police station for further information.
Once you have your credentials, please remember to log into our Web Control Panel to enter them. To do this:
In the control bar of your panel, select Properties and click on Edit.
In the Police section, select the option Mossos d'Esquadra RD 933/2021 from the dropdown menu.
Enter your property’s credentials in the corresponding fields.
Finally, click on the green “Add/Update Property” button.
You will then see the following screen, confirming that your property has been successfully connected to Mossos d'Esquadra.
