Follow these steps to register your property in SES Hospedajes and obtain your new credentials:
Access SES Hospedajes through the following link.
In the "Access to the register of establishments and entities" section, click on the @ icon to access your profile within SES Hospedajes.
To access, you will be asked for identification, and you can choose from the different methods offered by the Government of Spain:
If you do not yet have any of these identification tools from the Government of Spain, you can find more information about this in the previous section (How to gain access to SES Hospedaje?).
Once inside, click the "Fill out form" button in the Establishment Registration section.
First, you will need to complete "Entity Data" and select the option "Sending communications via web service":
If you have accessed using a company's digital certificate, you will need to fill in the related information:
NOTE: If you did not check "Sending communications via web service" when registering the property, the "Communication Service" section will not appear.
In the next step, you will need to fill out the registration form with the property details.
Once the registration is complete, SES HOSPEDAJES platform (from no-reply_hospedajes@ses.mir.es) will send you an email with the new credentials for your property (Webservice User, Webservice Password, Establishment Code, and Landlord Code). The email you will receive will have the following structure, in which the 4 essential pieces of information needed to connect your property from Check-in Scan with SES Hospedajes will appear:
If you have received this email, proceed to step 2: Connect your property to SES Hospedajes from Check-in Scan.
