Pre check-in is a process that takes place before the guest arrives at the accommodation. It allows hosts to collect the necessary registration details in advance. This procedure speeds up the check-in process by saving time at the moment of arrival.
How does it work?
The host or property manager sends the guest a pre check-in link (via email, WhatsApp, or through a booking platform). The guest accesses the form from their mobile device or computer—no app download required—fills in their personal details, signs digitally, and the check-in is completed.
Once submitted, the data is automatically stored in the system and, if automatic sending is enabled, it will be sent to the authorities on the day of the guest’s arrival after 11:00 PM.
