If you’ve forgotten your Check-in Scan password. Don’t worry!
You can easily reset it from the app on your phone.
Open the Check-in Scan App and select “I’m a Landlord.”
Below the login fields, you’ll see an option to reset your password.
Tap on “Forgotten your password?” and enter the email address associated with your Check-in Scan account.
Once you’ve entered your email address, tap “Send.” You’ll receive an email to reset your password.
After locating the email, click the “Reset password” button or link.
You’ll then be redirected to a page where you can enter and confirm your new password to complete the recovery process.
You’re all set! The page will confirm that your password has been successfully changed, and you’ll be able to log in from the app or the web dashboard anytime you need.
