If you have forgotten your Check-in Scan password, not a problem!
You can change it from your mobile phone or from your computer.
From your mobile phone:
Open the Check-in Scan app and click on "Login"
Click on "Forgotten your password?" just below the login button.
Once you have clicked on Forgotten your password?, it will ask you to introduce your email address that you registered with Check-in Scan.
And once you have introduced your email address, we will send you an email. Its very important that you go to your email inbox and find the email that we have sent you, as this will contain the PIN code that you will need to create a new password.
Copy this 6 digit PIN code on the app, along with the new password that you wish to create. Remember that your password for security purposes should contain at least one symbol, one letter and a number.
You are now ready to continue! The app will confirm that the password has been reset correctly and you can now enter the app or the control panel using the new details whenever you need it.
