Log in to your Check In Scan account in the <a href="https://app.checkinscan.com/client/login" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">web dashboard</a>.

To send instructions to your guests along with the check-in link, go to the Reservations section and click on the Details button, as shown in the image.

A pop-up window will appear where you will have two options for sending the instructions.

If you have the guest’s email address, click on Send Instructions and enter the email in the field provided. Once entered, click Send.

If you prefer to send the instructions through another channel, click on Copy Instructions, copy them, and paste them into the chat you wish to use to contact your guest (WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking).
