The registration process for a tourist establishment with the Ministry of the Interior is mandatory, specifically through the SES.HOSPEDAJES platform.
First and foremost, it is important to have a digital certificate or electronic ID (DNIe) or be registered with cl@ve to access the SES.HOSPEDAJES website later:

Additionally, it is important to have the autofirm@ or cl@ve firma program installed on your computer to digitally sign the establishment's registration request.

Steps to Register an Establishment:
Access the SES.HOSPEDAJES platform with the digital certificate or electronic ID: https://sede.mir.gob.es/opencms/export/sites/default/es/procedimientos-y-servicios/hospedajes-y-alquiler-de-vehiculos/
Click on the "@" symbol in the "Access to the registry of establishments and entities" section (indicated in the image above).
Within the PROFILE section, you will see "my entity's data," and you should select the option "Sending communication by web service" to enable the automatic notification of data to SES.HOSPEDAJES. Additionally, when you complete the registration, you can find your landlord code in this same section, which will be requested later.
Once you proceed, you will need to fill out the registration form with details such as the address and name of the establishment.
Once the registration is completed, the SES.HOSPEDAJES platform will send an email with details such as the establishment code and credentials for information submission, which you will also need later on.
If you don't receive this email or don't know your webservice password, you can access the "webservice user" section and see what your username is, as well as change the password by clicking the "change password" button.
