Access your web control panel for Check-in Scan. https://app.checkinscan.com/client/login
In the control bar of your panel, select "Properties" and "Add property."
You will move to the next window where you have to select your property type:
Keep progressing until you reach this screen:
Fill in the details of your property and click on "Save and Continue." On the next screen, in the section "Select the police body," search for and select SES.
Now you will need to fill in the following information:
On this screen, you need to enter the webservice username and password, which you should have received in the email when you completed the registration on the SES.HOSPEDAJES platform.

The "Código de arrendador" can be found on the SES.HOSPEDAJES page.
By clicking on the "@" symbol in the "Access to the registry of establishments and entities" section (as indicated in the image above) and navigating to your profile, in the "my registration data" section, you will find the "CODE" as shown in the following image:
And you can find the establishment code within the SES.HOSPEDAJE page, in the section "Access to the consultation and submission of communications of lodging or vehicle rental activities" by clicking on the "@" symbol, as shown in the following image:
You move on to the next screen and click on "New communication" in the "fill out form" button.
On this screen, you need to select the name of the property under "Select an establishment," and in "Select a type of communication," indicate "Traveler's report." After this, click the bottom "continue" button.
Now, the "Communication registration" screen will appear, and in the establishment information, you can copy your "establishment code."
After entering these codes in Check-in Scan, you should click the bottom "Save and Continue" button.
Once this is done, your property should appear correctly connected to SES.HOSPEDAJES, and it will be displayed as shown in the following image.
After this, all check-ins you perform with Check-in Scan will be automatically sent to the Ministry of the Interior, thus complying with current regulations.
