How to cancel a reservation from the Dashboard

How to cancel reservations that have not been sent to the authorities.

To cancel a reservation, first log in to your Check-in Scan web dashboard.

Once inside, go to the Reservations section and click the Details button next to the reservation you wish to cancel.

A window will open showing the full reservation details. In this view, you will find a dropdown menu that allows you to change its status. Click on Reservation active and select Reservation cancelled.

Cancelled reservations are easy to identify, as they will appear in red. If you wish, you can hide cancelled, blocked, or completed reservations from the Settings section by enabling or disabling the corresponding filters according to your preferences.

Please note that you can only cancel active reservations that have not yet been sent to the authorities. Once the reservation data has been submitted, regulations do not allow us to modify or delete the information.
