Check from the WEB dashboard how many guests have registered

Log in to your Check-in Scan account at https://app.checkinscan.com/client/login, and from the “Reservations” section, in the “PAX” column, you can see how many guests are registered for each reservation.

From the same section, you can also modify the total number of guests for each reservation.

If you access the reservation details, you’ll be able to view the basic information of the registered guests, as well as the activity log, where you can check when the registration was completed or if the check-in instructions have been sent to your guests.

You can also verify this from the “Check-ins” section:

There you’ll see a list of all guests who have completed their registration. You can view their check-in and check-out dates, the property name, the main guest’s name, and in the “PAX” column, the number of registered guests.

If the status shows “Check-in sent” in green, it means the registration has been successfully sent to the authorities.

If it appears in grey, remember that it will be automatically sent to the authorities at 11:00 PM on the guest’s arrival day (if you have the automatic sending option enabled).
