How to verify that the check-in has been successfully sent to the authorities

If you would like to confirm that the information has been sent correctly to the relevant authorities, you can do it in several ways.

You will need to log in to the Web Control Panel of your Check-in Scan and go to the Check-ins section:

There, you will see a list of all the guests who have completed their registration. You can view the check-in and check-out dates, the property, the lead guest's name, and, in the Pax column, the number of registered guests.

If the status appears in green as Check-in sent, it means that the registration has been successfully sent to the authorities.

If the status appears in grey, remember that the registrations will be automatically sent to the authorities on the guest's check-in date from 11:00 PM onwards (provided that automatic submission is enabled).
