MiDNI is the official application developed by the National Police that allows you to carry your ID on your mobile phone with the same legal validity as the physical document. It enables in-person identification with a QR code.
With this feature, you can capture guest data directly from their device, reducing errors and speeding up the check-in process.
How to check in with MiDNI?
To do this, when starting check-in, select the option “Scan documentation” > “Scan miDNI (QR)”.
Place the QR code within the frame that will appear on the screen.
The data provided by the QR code will then be displayed. Click “Continue” to proceed.
The check-in form will be displayed with the data retrieved from the QR code.
Review the information, complete any missing fields, and ask the guest to sign the form.
If you have already registered all guests, tap on “Finish check-in”.
If you need to add more guests to the same booking, select “Add another guest” and repeat the process.
