With this functionality, you can view all bookings associated with your properties on a calendar. This view offers a more visual and global way to check the occupancy of your accommodations, making it easier to manage and track bookings.

To access this functionality:

  1. Go to the "Reservation" section in the main menu.

  2. Click on the "Calendar" tab.

Within the Calendar tab, you will find a view organized by dates with all your properties' bookings. This section will show all registered bookings, allowing you to clearly see the occupancy of each accommodation.

Filtering bookings by property

You can configure the calendar view to show all properties or only specific ones. To do this, use the property filter:

  • Click on the name of each property to enable or disable its visualization.

  • Activated properties will show their bookings on the calendar.

  • Deactivated properties will no longer appear.

This way, you can customize the view and check only the properties you are interested in at any given time.

Viewing and managing bookings

From the calendar, you can also view the details of each booking and manage it easily. To do this:

Click on the booking in the calendar.

Upon selecting it, a window will open with all the booking information.

From there, you can view the booking data, modify it, and even cancel the booking if necessary.

This way, you can manage your bookings directly from the calendar.

Customizing property colors

You can also customize the color in which each property's bookings are displayed on the calendar to identify them more easily. To do this:

  1. Access the "Properties" section.

  2. Click on the "Edit" button for the property.

In the "Details" tab, the option to change the color appears. This will allow you to visually differentiate the bookings of each property within the calendar.
