If you have a Premium, Plus, or Ultimate subscription, you can download a CSV file with all your reservations. Below we explain how to download the CSV of the reservations made for your property, which you can then import into the N2 application of the Land Registry.
Log in to your account’s Web Control Panel and click on the Download N2 CSV tab, as shown in the image below.
You will be redirected to a new screen where you must select the property. A list will then be displayed showing all reservations made throughout 2025 for the selected property.
You must enter the NRUA (Unique Rental Registration Number) of the property at least in the first reservation, so that the system can capture it and automatically populate this field for all reservations. Please note that all the reservations shown in the list correspond to the same property.
Once you have verified that all the information is correct, click the orange “Generate N2 CSV” button.
The document will be downloaded automatically in CSV format. This file complies with the format and requirements set by the N2 application, allowing you to upload it and automatically complete the booking details.
