This number is mandatory for tourist or short-term rentals and is usually required to advertise the property on online platforms.

How to apply:
You can apply in person (by visiting the Property Registry) or online (you must have the "Autofirma" application and a Digital Certificate installed). In both cases, it is necessary to submit the correctly completed form, available at the electronic headquarters:
In person: You can complete and download the form by clicking on the option corresponding to your situation.
Afterwards, you must submit the document at the Property Registry office of the municipality where the property is located.
