How to Cancel a Reservation from the App

If a guest cancels their reservation, you can do it directly from your Check-in Scan app.

To cancel a reservation, first open the Check-in Scan app and log in. Once inside, click on the orange “Reservation Calendar” button.

In this section, you will see a complete list of all your active and upcoming reservations. Select the reservation you want to cancel and press the “Manage booking” button. A message will appear to confirm that you want to manage this reservation.

To access the reservation details, go to “Edit”.

Here, you will find all the information related to the reservation, and at the bottom of the page, you will see a red button that allows you to cancel the reservation permanently.
