With this new feature, at the end of their stay, your guests will receive an email inviting them to leave a review, which will include a direct link to do so.
Below, we explain how you can obtain this link from your Google Business Profile so it can be automatically shared with your guests through Check-in Scan.
Go to your Google Business Profile.
Select Read reviews > Get more reviews.
Copy the review link: click Copy
Once you have the link, go to your Check-in Scan account and navigate to Properties > Edit > Settings, then paste it in the Request reviews section.
NOTE: The email will be sent to the guest from 11:00 PM on the guests’ departure day. Additionally, our system will only be able to send it if the reservation has an associated email address.
