Sometimes you may not have an internet connection or coverage on your device when performing a check-in. For those cases, our application has the offline check-in option, which will allow you to register guests and synchronize the information later, once you have a connection again.

Steps to perform an offline check-in

First, you must access the Check-in Scan application with your username and password. Once inside, click on the "Start a Check-in" button to start the process.

Next, enter the reservation details by selecting the city, property, check-in date and check-out date you want to register. Then click “Next”.

Next, you must enter the reservation details:

  • Reference. You can enter the reservation locator, the ID of the main guest, or any unique reference for the reservation in question.

  • Contract date. The date on which the contract was signed or the reservation was made.

  • Payment type. You can select from the dropdown: cash, credit card, payment platform, transfer, others.

Once completed, click “Next”.

You will then be given the option to perform the check-in by scanning the document or entering the data manually. Choose the option you prefer and fill in the traveler form with the guests’ details.

When you have registered all the guests in the reservation, click on “Finalize this check-in”.

If you do not have a connection, a warning will appear. Click on “Save offline”.

You will see a message confirming that the check-in has been completed, but it will remain pending to be sent until you are back online. Click on “Back to home”.

On your app’s home screen, the pending check-ins to be sent will appear in red.

When you regain connection, simply click on the red check-ins to send them.

This way you can complete the check-in anywhere, regardless of whether you have coverage or connection.
