How to set up the Accommodation Information

Access your account’s web control panel and go to the “Edit” section under “Properties”

Once inside, click on Information > Enable useful accommodarion information.

In this section, you can configure a text with important information for your guests, such as arrival instructions, house rules, and more. You have the option to customize this content in different languages and to use artificial intelligence for translations.

In addition, you can add a Google Maps link to show the location of your property, include a property video from YouTube or Vimeo, and upload up to four images. You can also add nearby points of interest, such as airports, supermarkets, or hospitals, each with its corresponding Google Maps link, to help guests find their way more easily.

On the right-hand side of the screen, you will be able to preview how each customized section will appear in the check-in link.

You can enable the option to share this information so that the main guest can share it with the rest of the guests staying at your property. Please note that this link will only be available from the check-in date until the check-out date.

To save the configured information and data, click on the green “Save” button.

Once the guest completes the check-in process, they will be able to view this information as shown below.
