According to the current regulations of the Ministry of the Interior for the registration of travelers in tourist accommodations (Royal Decree 933/2021), it is mandatory that each check-in be associated with a contract containing 3 basic pieces of information.
Below, we explain in detail what each field means so you can complete it correctly:
🔹 Reference
This field is used to uniquely identify your booking. It can be completed in different ways:
The accommodation may have provided you with a specific reference or booking locator number.
Otherwise, you may enter the ID card or passport number of the main guest.
🔹 Contract or Booking Date
Here you should indicate either the date the booking was made or the check-in date at the accommodation.
🔹 Payment Type
This field refers to the payment method used for your stay. In the dropdown menu, you can select from several options:
Cash
Credit card
Payment platform (for bookings made through Airbnb, Booking, etc.)
Bank transfer
Other
