Create a reservation from your web dashboard

You can manually create your bookings to keep track of your guests in your Check-in Scan account.

To do so, access your account’s web control panel and log in using your username and password.

Once inside, go to the Reservations section > Add reservation:

There, you will need to select the property, check-in and check-out dates, and the number of guests staying. Optionally, you may also complete the main guest’s contact details (name, phone number, email). The description and any information entered will only be visible from your account and will not be shown to the guest.

To complete the process, simply click the Create button. Once this is done, the reservation will automatically appear in your reservations list.

Please note that, if you enter your guests’ email address in the reservation details, you will be able to activate the automatic sending of online check-in instructions by email:
