How to Delete a Record if It Has Not Yet Been Sent to the Authorities

If you want to delete a guest’s record, you can do so as long as the information has not yet been sent to the relevant authority.

To do this, access your Check-in Scan control panel with your credentials using the following link: https://app.checkinscan.com/client/login

Once logged in, go to the "Reservations" section and click the "Details" button for the booking containing the guest you want to delete.

The records of the guests who have completed the check-in will appear. In the "Action" column, you will see a trash can icon: simply click on it to delete the record.
