How to Delete a Record if It Has Not Yet Been Sent to the Authorities

If you want to delete a guest’s record, you can do so as long as the information has not yet been sent to the relevant authority.

To do this, access your Check-in Scan web dashboard with your credentials.

Once logged in, go to the Reservations section and click the Details button for the booking containing the guest you want to delete.

The records of the guests who have completed the check-in will appear. In the Action column, you will see a trash can icon: simply click on it to delete the record.
