How to edit guest details before sending them to the authorities

If you need to modify your guests' details after they have completed the check-in, you can do so from the app.

To get started, log in to the Check-in Scan app using your username and password. Once logged in, go to the “Reservations Calendar” section.

There, you can select the corresponding reservation and tap on “Continue check-in” to proceed with the update.

Inside the reservation, click on “Consult” to open the guest details and see the information recorded so far.

Click on the settings icon (the blue gear) to access advanced options or to edit the information.

A small window will appear where you will have the option to “edit guest” and you can even view the traveler report to review the entered data.

IMPORTANT: Please note that to save any changes made, the guest must digitally sign again to validate and accept the modifications.
