Modify the Dates and Number of Guests of an Existing Reservation

If you've made a reservation and need to update its information, you can manage it directly through your Check-in Scan account.

To modify the dates of a booking already created in the system, you should access your web control panel (https://app.checkinscan.com/client/login) and go to the "Bookings" section, then click "Details" for the booking you want to modify.

From there, you can click on the dates already set for the booking.

When the calendar opens, you can select the new dates for the booking and click Apply.

Finally, when you return to the Bookings screen, you can verify the updated dates for the booking.

To modify the number of guests for a booking, you can do so from the 'PAX' column in the Bookings section.
