The new regulations from the Ministry of the Interior, Royal Decree 933/2021, require a dual communication to SES Hospedajes for each check-in at any tourist accommodation:
Accommodation Reservation (RH - Reserva de Hospedaje)
Travelers' Report (PV - Parte de Viajero)

Regarding the Accommodation Reservation (RH), you only need to notify the reservations that you have manually entered from our platform. On the other hand, if the reservation comes from an OTA (such as Booking or Airbnb), the submission of the Accommodation Reservation (RH) will be handled by them.
At Check-in Scan, we have added a setting in your account that allows you to send all your reservations (both manually created internal ones and those from an OTA) from Check-in Scan. You can configure both options in your web control panel. To do this, go to the specific property via the Edit button, and in the Police section, you can check or uncheck the preferred option.
NOTE: This configuration will only be available for properties connected with SES Hospedajes.
The communication of the Accommodation Reservation (RH) doesn't require any additional action from you; it is automatically generated when entering the guest's details.
Additionally, from the Check-ins section of your web control panel, you can find the status of each Accommodation Reservation (RH) and each check-in sent to SES:
