The responsibility for registering on the platform depends on who is in charge of the accommodation (not necessarily the owner).
If the accommodation is managed directly by the owner, then it is the owner who must handle the registration and request the codes from SES.
In the case where a property manager is handling the rental without being the owner, it will be this manager who, with their own digital certificate, will request the property codes from SES.
You ONLY need the digital certificate to register your property with the Ministry of Interior Affairs and obtain the SES Hospedajes codes. At no point will Check-in Scan ask you for it to register guests or send data. Additionally, you don't need to have it on the mobile device where you have our app installed.
