Integrating Avantio and Check-in Scan systems allows you to import useful information about your guests into the system, avoiding the need to enter it manually.

With the integration, you can import your properties and rooms from Avantio, reservations, guest names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

Go to your Avantio account to request your Check-in Scan credentials.

Then, go to Marketplace in the left sidebar menu and search for Check-in Scan within the Check-in group.

By clicking on the Check-in Scan logo, you can request your username and password, which you will need to enter later in the Check-in Scan control panel:

1) Log in to your web panel at http://app.checkinscan.com.

2) In the upper right corner, go to My Account / Integrate PMS.

3) Click on the Avantio icon.

4) Now enter the username and password you obtained from the Avantio system in the corresponding fields.

5) Click Next.

The system will give you the option to choose which properties you want to import from Avantio, and if you have already added them to Check-in Scan previously, you can also match them to ensure they are connected.

Once you have linked the properties, you only need to click on "Save and continue" to add the properties.

Finally, click on "Finish" to complete the process.

To finish, you need to go back to the top menu Properties - My Properties, activate the new properties, and edit any fields that remain to be completed.

On the other hand, since we do not have a chat as such to send the check-in link to the clients, the steps to follow are the following:

Configure the message with instructions in the Check-in Scan clientAdmin.

In the Avantio configuration, go to the "Templates" section and create a new "Reservations - Various" category template.

And insert the "Electronic lock" block into the template.

Save the template with a name convenient for the client.

In the Avantio Harmony portal, create a new solution and choose the "Customers" field.

Select the "Send instructions to the tourist" configuration.

Configure the sending following the instructions and select the previously created template.
