Before getting started, access your web control panel by entering the email address and password you created on our platform.
Click the Reservations button and go to the Instructions tab.
In this section you will have the ability to edit them uniformly for all properties or specifically for each property. In addition, this functionality includes the option to send the instructions by language.
In order to edit the instructions you will need to click on the pencil icon.
From this section, you can edit the instructions that the guest will receive along with the registration link.
Add a message with all the information you want to communicate, such as important instructions, recommendations, or any other relevant details for their arrival.
Use the text editor to format the content (bold, lists, links, etc.) and improve its readability. In addition, you can place the check-in link wherever you prefer within the text, integrating it naturally according to the content.
Once you have entered the Instructions, click on the Save button.
To view this instruction, access the property where the message has been stored in Reservation > Details.
By selecting the specific language, the previously saved instruction will appear directly.
