How to send instructions to guests for bookings imported via ICAL

This article provides detailed guidance for sending instructions to guests of ICAL-imported reservations.

Log in to your Check In Scan account, in your web control panel: https://app.checkinscan.com/client/login

Click on the "Reservations" tab to access the list of reservations.

Access the "Details" button, as shown in the image.

If you wish, you have the option to edit the instructions that the guest will receive. You can add a short text with the information you consider relevant and click in "Save instructions".

You will have two options for sending the instructions.

If you have the guest's email address, press the "Send Instructions" button. A pop-up window will appear where you have to add the guest's email address.

If you prefer to send the instructions in a different way, select "Copy Instructions". Press the "Copy to clipboard" button to send the instructions in messaging systems such as WhatsApp, AirBnB, Booking, etc...
