How to personalise the instructions for each reservation

This article provides detailed guidance on how to edit the instructions before sending them to guests by booking.

Log in to your Check In Scan account on your web dashboard using this link: https://app.checkinscan.com/client/login

From the “Reservations” section, go to the “Details” of the booking, as shown in the image.

From this section, you can edit the instructions that the guest will receive along with the registration link.

Add a message with all the information you want to communicate, such as important instructions, recommendations, or any other relevant details for their arrival.

Use the text editor to format the content (bold, lists, links, etc.) and improve its readability. In addition, you can place the check-in link wherever you prefer within the text, integrating it naturally according to the content.

Once finished, save the information by clicking on "Save instructions".
