Access your Check In Scan account, in your web control panel through this link https://app.checkinscan.com/client/login.

Click on the "Reservations" tab to access the list of reservations and access the "Details" button, as shown in the image.

If you prefer, you have the option to edit the instructions that the guest will receive. You can add a short text with the information you consider relevant. Save the information by pressing the "Save instructions" button.

There are two ways to send the instructions for the guest to check-in online, by email or another platform such as whatsapp, AirBnB, Booking...

If you have the guest's email address, press the "Send Instructions" button. A pop-up window will appear where you have to add the guest's email address.

if you prefer to send the instructions in a different way, select "Copy Instructions". Press the "Copy to clipboard" button to send the instructions in messaging systems.
