How to create a reservation from the app

These simple steps will guide you through the process of creating and viewing bookings on the Check-in Scan platform.

Access your Check In Scan app, locate and select the button labeled "Booking Calendar".

Next, click on the “+” icon located in the upper right corner of the screen to start the process of creating a new booking.

Fill in the corresponding fields according to your requirements:

  • Property: Select the desired property from the drop-down list.

  • Check-in Date: Enter the check-in date for the guest or guests.

  • Check-out Date: Enter the date when the guests will leave the property.

  • Description: Optionally, add a brief description of the booking for future reference.

  • Main Guest Name: Optional. This can help you identify each booking more easily.

  • Guest Email: Optional. Allows you to automate the sending of instructions depending on your settings.

  • Phone:

  • Number of Guests: Specify the number of guests for this booking. Any number of guests can register, even if it exceeds the total number initially indicated.

    Once you have completed all the booking details, save the information by clicking the “Save” button.

Next, a pop-up window will appear showing the locator (reference number) of the created booking. From there, you can choose which action to take:

You can view this booking in the “Booking Calendar” section, along with the rest of the bookings created in your account.
