Now you need to access your Check-in Scan control panel and select the 'My Properties' section. Click the orange 'edit' button next to the property line you want to connect with SES.

Within the property editing section, you need to enter the web service username and password, establishment code, and landlord code.

If you have not received this email from the ministry, click here to view the article 'How to obtain SES Webservice credentials.'

The "código de arrendador", can be found on y the SES.HOSPEDAJES page

Clicking on the '@' symbol in the 'Access to the register of establishments and entities' section (indicated in the image above) and going to your profile, in the 'my registration details' section, find the 'CODE' as indicated in the following image.

And you can find the "código de establecimiento" within the SES.HOSPEDAJE page, in the section 'Access to the consultation and submission of communications for lodging or vehicle rental,' by clicking on the '@' symbol as shown in the following image.

You move to the next screen and click on 'New communication' under the 'fill out form' button.

On this screen, you need to select the name of the property under 'Select an establishment' and in 'Select a type of communication,' choose 'Traveler's report.' After this, click the bottom 'Continue' button.

Now the 'Communication Registration' screen will appear, and in the establishment information, you can copy your 'establishment code.'

After entering these codes in Check-in Scan, you should click the bottom 'Add/Update Property' button.

Once this is done, your property should appear correctly connected to SES.HOSPEDAJES, and it will be displayed as shown in the following image.

After this, all check-ins you perform with Check-in Scan will now be automatically sent to the Ministry of the Interior, thus complying with current regulations.
