Integrating 365Villas and Check-in Scan systems allows you to import useful information about your guests into the system to avoid entering it manually.
With the integration you can import your properties and rooms, reservations, guest names, email and phone number from 365Vllas.
Go to your 365Villas account and login.
Once inside your account go to "Account Settings" and click on "API and Integrations".
You can see a dedicated tab on the integration page and can find all the information you need, namely the Owner token, API Keys and API Pass from the page.
Once you have copied your API Booking Key, Pass and Owner Token, you must go to the Check-in Scan client admin and paste it there:
2) In the top right corner go to My Account / Integrate PMS
3) Click on the 365Villas logo
4) Paste the API Booking Key and Owner Token that you previously copied from the 365Villas system into the corresponding field and complete with your Api Password Key.
5) Click on "Next"
The system will give you the option to choose which properties you want to import from 365Villas and if you have already added them to Check-in Scan previously, you can also check them so that they are matched to each other.
Once you have linked the properties, you will only have to click on End.
Once this process is done, you must return on the top menu to Properties - My properties, activate the new properties and edit the fields that remain to be completed.
