Integrating Guesty and Check-in Scan systems allows you to import useful information about your guests into the system to avoid entering it manually.
With the integration you can import your properties and rooms, reservations, guest names, email and phone number from Guesty.
Go to your Guesty account and look for the Check-in Scan logo in the Integrations / Market section.
Click on "Connect" to get the API Token.
Now you can copy the Integration Token.
Once you have copied your API Key you must go to the Check-in Scan client admin and paste it there:
2) In the top right corner go to My Account / Integrate PMS
3) Click on the Guesty logo
4) Paste the API Key that you previously copied from the Guesty system into the corresponding field
5) Click on "Next"
The system will give you the option to choose which properties you want to import from Guesty and if you have already added them to Check-in Scan previously, you can also check them so that they are matched to each other.
Once you have linked the properties, you will only have to click on End.
Once this process is done, you must return on the top menu to Properties - My properties, activate the new properties and edit the fields that remain to be completed.
Now within the Guesty control panel, you can automate the process and generate automatic messages. You will have to go to Automations/Workflows
Here you will see several statuses in which you can create custom messages.
If you click on one of the cards, you will be able to see the status tree and generate a message for each one.
And by clicking on the "envelope" icon you can enter the content of the message:
In "Add condition" you can add checkinscan_info_collected to be sent if the information has not been collected from Check-in Scan.
