Integrating OwnerRez and Check-in Scan systems allows you to import useful information about your guests into the system to avoid entering it manually.

With the integration you can import your properties and rooms, reservations, guest names, email and phone number from OwnerRez.
After integration, from the OwnerRez control panel, you will have a new tag with a direct link to the check-in that you can include in your guest message templates.

The process is very easy.

You just have to go to your Check-in Scan control panel http://app.checkinscan.com and find in the top right corner My Account / Integrate PMS

Then click on the OwnerRez logo.

You will be redirected to the OwnerRez login website. Login with your OwnerRez account details.

Once you are logged in, you will be redirected again to Check-in Scan to complete the integration process.

Click on "Next" and in the following page, the system will give you the option to choose which properties you want to import from OwnerRez and if you have already added them to Check-in Scan previously, you can also check them so that they are matched to each other.

Once you have linked the properties, you will only have to click on End.

Once this process is done, you must return on the top menu to Properties / My properties, activate the new properties and edit the fields that remain to be completed.
