To start the integration of FNS Rooms and Check-in Scan you must start by adding properties manually with your authority credentials.(Username&password). Via the integration, you can import your properties/rooms, reservations, guest names, emails, and phone numbers from FNS Rooms.

Once the properties have been added please contact our Support team to request the activation of the API KEY:

Once the team has activated the requested option, you must refresh your Check-in Scan page, Click on the "Settings" section where you will have the "API KEY" option already activated, you would then need to send the API KEY to FNS rooms so that they can complete the integration.
