How do I manage booking notifications?

To be able to activate and deactivate notifications about bookings, follow the steps easily.

Access your Check-in Scan account from your web control panel: https://app.checkinscan.com/client/login

Click on “Reservations” and go to the “Notifications” tab.

You can enable the option “Notify me by email when bookings do not have all guests” to be notified according to your settings when bookings are missing registered guests.

On the right side, you will find the option “Send instructions automatically to the person who booked the holiday”. Here you can choose how long before the guest’s arrival the instructions will be sent automatically, as long as the booking includes an email address to send them to.
