Log in to your Check In Scan account, in your web control panel: https://app.checkinscan.com/client/login
Click on "Reservations" and go to the "Notifications" tab.
Among the options you can see the tab "Notify me by email when the reservation does not contain all of the guests details". Depending on your needs, you can activate or deactivate it.
On the right hand side you will see the drill down button with the option to "Send instructions automatically to the person who booked the holiday". Here you can choose how far in advance of the guest's arrival you want to send the instructions to the guests before the day of arrival.
