Sometimes, we would like to know how the check-ins for our guests are going before the data is sent to the police. There are two ways to check this.
The first is from the control panel. We will need to go to the Reservations area and look at the specific reservation.
In the "Pax" column, the number of guests who have already checked in should be displayed (number on the left) compared to the total (number on the right, manually entered).
The second way is from the application itself. On the main screen after logging in, you will need to click on the orange "Check-in Calendar" button.
You will see the reservations we have. Look for the specific reservation and click on it. The total number of guests who have checked in will appear just below the reservation number.
However, remember that if you have push notifications enabled on your mobile phone, you should receive a check-in completed message each time a guest registers with the app.
