If you want to import your reservations from platforms like Airbnb/Booking.com or from a PMS or Channel Manager, you must first obtain the iCal link.
If you have any questions about this, we recommend contacting the platform where you manage your reservations to obtain this information.
Once you have copied your iCal link from your PMS/Channel Manager, go to Properties > Edit:
Access the “iCal” tab
Paste the link you copied from your PMS/Channel Manager into the blank field
Click on “+ Import iCal”
Once you click on “+ Import iCal,” our system will need a few seconds to import all your reservations. Do not close or refresh the page until you see the following confirmation message:
All set! Your reservations will appear in the “Reservations” section.
Our system will automatically update (sync) your reservations several times a day, so you won’t need to worry, your reservations will appear as soon as they are received.
