If, when you added your property, you did not yet have a username and password for the authorities (SES Hospedajes, Mossos d'Esquadra or Ertzaintza), and you would now like to add them, the steps are very simple.
Go to your Web Control Panel and click on Edit next to the property you want to connect:
Then go to the Police tab and uncheck the box I don't have a username and password for the police website.
Once the box is unchecked, you will be able to select the authority you need to connect with and enter the corresponding credentials.
If the details have been entered correctly, after clicking Save, you will return to the properties menu and your property will appear correctly connected with the logo of the corresponding authority.
