In order to continue sending the data to the authorities you will need to update the password of your property, otherwise, it will appear as "Disconnected".
Go to the Web control panel and enter your email address and password for Check-in Scan. Then, click on the "Properties - My Properties" tab and click on the "Edit" button next to the property that appears Disconnected.
Click on the Police tab and change the password for the new one that you have created.
Next, click on "Add/Update this property".
Now the property should show connected, in green.
