To change your Guardia Civil Hospederías password then you need to access the official page of Hospederías by clicking here and then pressing on "Entrar".

Once inside, then click on "¿Ha olvidado su contraseña?

You need to fill out all of the field's correctly:

Usuario: The establishment code or username code.
​Email Actual: the email address that you gave to the Guardia CIvil when registering.
​Código de seguridad: The Captcha code of the image to the right hand side.
Next, click on "Aceptar"

When you click accept you will be sent an email with the steps to generate your new password, follow these steps and you will then be able to access your account using your new username and password.

Remember! The link within this email expires in 1 hour, so you should do it as soon as possible, otherwise, you will have to go through the process again.

Once you have successfully changed your password, you can return to your Check-in Scan property page and then modify it on our system so that you can continue doing your check-ins. Here we explain how.
