To correct this error, you will need to modify the registry by following the steps provided below:
1. Access SES Hospedajes through the following link or from the main page https://sede.interior.gob.es/portal/sede you will need to click on Procedures and services > Lodgings and vehicle rentals. In the section "Access to the registry of establishments and entities," click on the "Access" button to enter your profile within SES Hospedajes:
2. Once inside, you must click on Access within the section My registered data:
There you can find your registration data. SES Hospedajes does not allow modifications to the registered data, therefore, you would have to cancel your registration with Entity Type Tourist Operator and then re-register with the Entity Type: Hospedajes. To do this, click on Final cancellation and Save.
To register again, click the Access button in the Registration (Entity Registration) section:
Once the registration with the Entity type: Lodgings, is completed, the option to register your property will appear: Establishment registration.
Finally, update the Webservice User, the Webservice Password, and the Establishment and Landlord codes indicated in our platform, within your property's data and click the Add / Update property button.
