When accessing the registration link, the guest will be able to view and pay the applicable fees directly from there. Payment will be enabled once the main guest has completed the check-in. However, all guests must have completed their registration in order for the fees to be paid correctly:
When clicking on Pay, the guest will see the price information and the payment options you have configured (pay now or at the property).
If the guest selects Pay now > Continue, a message will appear informing them that, once the fees have been paid, no additional guests can be added to the reservation.
Next, the guest will need to enter their email address. They will receive a verification code that they must enter to continue with the process.
Once the code has been verified, a message will appear informing the guest that they will be redirected to the Stripe payment gateway. If the process is cancelled, they will need to enter their email address again.
In the payment gateway, the guest must enter the card details they wish to use for the payment and click Pay.
If the card details are correct, a payment confirmation will be displayed, indicating that the payment of the applicable fees has been successfully processed.
By clicking Back to booking, the guest will be able to check that the fee status is shown as Paid.
