On December 31, 2025, regulation BOE-A-2025-27116 was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE), addressed to owners of properties intended for short-term rental. This regulation establishes the obligation to submit an annual information report detailing the stays carried out during the year 2025.
To comply with the regulation, one information report must be submitted for each property (real estate unit, vessel, boat, or naval structure). The official forms will be available through the Electronic Headquarters of the Property, Commercial, and Movable Assets Registrars and may be submitted starting February 1, 2026, either electronically or in paper format, provided the official form has been duly completed in advance.
The information report includes details about your reservations, such as the purpose of the rental, number of guests, check-in and check-out dates for each stay, and information related to your property.
In order to facilitate compliance with the regulations, we have implemented a feature in Check-in Scan that allows you to download a list in Excel format (.xlsx) of all reservations made for each property during the previous year.
