How to check the information sent to Turespazo

To check the submission of your check-ins to Turespazo, log in to your Check-in Scan account: https://app.checkinscan.com/client/login.

Once logged in, go to the “Check-ins” section, where you will find the list of registered guests. By clicking the “Action” button for each entry, you will see the option “Check sending to Turespazo”, which allows you to verify the status of the submission.

The information is automatically sent to TURESPAZO on the guest’s check-in day starting at 10:00 PM.

If the information has not been sent to Turespazo due to a connection issue on Turespazo’s platform, you can resend the record using the same option.
